I work within the voluntary sector and run a mental health servcie in Torfean and have worked for the same organisation for the past 15-16 years now.
Oh yes dear, some very odd years and no matter how hard I try to educate you, you still refuse to understand technology!

Hi,
At least you have some-one to help you when things go wrong with the old computer, my hubby doesn't even know how to switch it on and since daughter left for Uni, i've been on my own trying to fathom the thing out.

We all have a mental state of being..........and there are times when that state comprises our current/ ongoing ability to function. Mental Health is responsive to our daily perspective it can be good or not. I would say that people bander the term mental health around to mean ill health rather than accepting that it can be a positive state of being
