At least you have some-one to help you when things go wrong with the old computer, my hubby doesn't even know how to switch it on and since daughter left for Uni, i've been on my own trying to fathom the thing out.

I am a retailer of kitchen appliances and we have had this quite a few times.
The cooker is guaranteed for just 2 years, so I would still go back to Rangemaster and give them a lot of grief to see if they can fix it. more…
